My Wellbeing Diary B for 1st and 2nd Class. My Wellbeing Diary is an evidence based programme, designed to develop children’s resilience and promote healthy attitudes to sleep, food and exercise.
The programme includes:
- Daily entries to help children develop their social and emotional skills
- 10 learning modules – one for each month September to June
- A Teacher’s Guide, which includes guidance to share with parents
- Digital resources to support in the classroom
